Tim and Haifa’s beautiful Chicago wedding continued. (See part 1 here.)
Easy smiles. Real happiness.
I told them to think like bowling pins. Pretty good job, guys.
The groomsmen look great like this. (Kidding, Chris and Andy.)
The wedding and reception were held at the beautiful Wilder Mansion in Elmhurst, IL (a Chicago suburb).
The niece and nephew of the groom were pretty adorable.
I don’t often get the chance to be this close to the couple during the ceremony, but this outdoor garden gave me the freedom to get this shot and not be a distraction to anyone.
This is my favorite kind of kissing picture - the moment just before the kiss. Anticipation.
Haifa’s dress matched the shape of the tablecloths. I liked that.
Content.
Haifa snapping a picture of me and Thomas. Her picture even ended up on his blog!
Another favorite.
Here’s a picture that tells a story. Haifa’s dad giving a great toast.
And a happy romantic dance.
Thank you again, Tim and Haifa.
I’ve had some especially amazing weddings to photograph lately. I have so many pictures to share with you from recent weddings but I’m working on getting them published so I have to keep it short for now.
Sometimes I fall in love with a photo because the composition and expression create a powerful mood. This is one of those. :)

this is great, Eric! I read Kate's blog and think you've captured her beautifully!
(11.17.10)Gorgeous picture of an amazing girl! We love you Kate and these pictures of Kate and Nick's wedding are beautiful!
(11.17.10)Thank you, Kendra and Jaime. Kate and Nick were a joy to work with. They make me look good. :)

Stacy and Mark brought me to Mexico over the weekend to photograph their wedding. It was unbelievably beautiful. I’m still getting caught up but I had to post a preview!

Super quick blog post before I head to Mexico (more about that later). Lydia and Matt got married last weekend in the beautiful Lakefront Park in Prior Lake, MN. I had never been to the park but was blown away with the natural areas, ponds, and perfect fall colors. Here are a few highlights!
Lydia’s mother helping her with jewelry. Love these moments.
Married! Happiness.
Remember those natural areas I was talking about? You don’t find spots like this every day. Thanks to Lydia for being fearless in her dress!
Lakefront Park rocks. And so does this couple.
Smiles all day, especially while dancing.
Thank you, Matt and Lydia. You had a super fun wedding. I can’t wait to show you the rest!!
Had to post this before the weekend. More to come next week!

Nice pics! Warm. Congratualtions on Tim and Haifa's wedding
(12.01.10)Awww... So wish I could have been there. Everyone is so beautiful, so happy and Eric caught it all perfectly!
